Initial Assessment
During Your Initial Assessment, we will work together to create a customized schedule for your home including a General Walkthrough, Seasonal Checklists, and a list of Recommended and Future Projects.
At the end of this meeting, you can choose to work this plan yourself, or enroll in one of our Home Maintenance Subscription Plans.
This initial consultation/planning session usually takes about 1 to 3 hours with a $250 setup fee.

A hard copy of inspection plan and project list can be purchased for $100
